Summary 
This seminar will simulate the procedures for conducting and managing risk assessment methods for industrial machinery. The first day of the program will cover the scope, task and procedures of risk assessment per EN 1050. Thereafter, the seminar will systematically proceed through risk identification, estimation, and evaluation. The program will regularly reference Annex A of EN 1050 as well as the primary referenced hazard analysis methods of Annex B (further detailed in IEC 60812 and IEC 61025). The instructor will reference definitions from ENV 1070. The second day of the seminar will involve a team-based; "hands-on" review of a sample machine with follow-up group presentations and discussion.
