This seminar provides an overview for senior management of the major cost-drivers in managing conformity assessment requirements, focusing on the requirements of SEMI S2 using the EU's New Approach and Global Approach systems as a case study. The program will prescribe measures to minimize liability exposure, to reduce testing costs, to manage supply-chain conformity, and to fulfill post-sale obligations. The afternoon portion will involve an interactive "question and answer" session with senior managers and other stakeholders. The session will help the company develop an "action plan" to address conformity assessment issues. |
