Summary 

This course will provide a detailed review of Fit-up, design and installation safety. It will address SEMI S2-93(a) requirements, design layout considerations, utilization of practical checklists, the requirements for Life Safety compliance, awareness of the facilities interface as it relates to safety (electrical safety, industrial hygiene, ergonomic, safety and environmental considerations), the benefits of an equipment safety sign-off program, the delivery of functional area specific checklists, and familiarity with sign-off logistics and approaches.
