Summary 

This workshop will help manufactures develop a universal approach to "the duty to warn" through the use of warnings, signs and labels. Safety indicators, where manufacturers admit the risk inherent in the use of their products, lie at the heart of the product liability suits and often serve as the pivotal tool that determines ultimate culpability in a workplace accident.
