Summary 
This seminar will focus on the utilization of the TCF conformity approach of Article 10(2) of the EMC Directive to minimize the documentation, cost, and time involved with EMC compliance. Course work will detail the essentials for building the "TCF System-Component Matrix" -- the instrument which provides the foundation for minimizing or even eliminating on-going EMC testing of new products, modified machines, and customized machine lines with similar electrical configurations. The seminar includes a "hands-on" review of a sample TCF and a checklist to prepare for a Competent Body review.
