Products that fall under the CCEE and CIQ SA lists and are subject to mandatory certification are required to bear both Marks. Products listed in the CCEE catalogue for electrical products under compulsory supervisory control and are subject to mandatory CIQ SA certification may only be subject to all phases of the certification process once, based on an agreement between CCEE and CIQ SA governing mutual acceptance of products subject to mandatory marking under both systems. In this situation, products only need to be tested once to the appropriate Chinese standard, although, certification applications must be filed with both CCEE and CIQ SA in order to maintain their respective marks. Seven (7) kinds of Import Commodities are required to obtain certificates from CIQ SA and CCEE. These products are:
- Television Sets
- Audio Equipment
- Refrigerators
- Air Conditioners
- Electric Tools
- Low Voltage Apparatus
