China's Compulsory Product Certification Scheme, "CPCS" became mandatory as of 2003 in accordance with the Law of the People's Republic of China on Import and Export Commodity Inspection. No products listed in China's Compulsory Product Catalogue are allowed entry into China unless they obtain a China Compulsory Certificate (CCC Mark).
