China AssuranceÔ -China Access Requirements Execution

China AssuranceÔ is a Software on Demand Service to facilitate logistic and administrative regulatory compliance requirements for any part/component or, finished good entering or leaving The People's Republic of China.

1)      The SaaS is integrated with the OEM's BOM structures to pre-analyze product compliance requirements. On an automatic basis, working with shipment data feeds from the OEM's transportation and logistics teams - all documentation required to enter China or, be re-exported from China is automatically generated from China AssuranceÔ

2)      Regulatory Documents are automatically emailed to each pertinent party, with forwarding to SIMCOM personnel in China. After collection, each document is presented in person to the Chinese government for approval, (A Chinese government mandate).

3)      After acceptance, completed documentation is delivered to the OEM's Customs Clearing Agent in advance of the shipment's arrival.

4)      Executive Dashboards are presented online organized by those shipments, which are furthest behind original schedule. Color coding from Green, Yellow to Red make it easy for managers to focus on a Management by Exclusion basis.

5)      All documentation is archived and automatically uploading to the OEM's ERP systems.
